This access statement does not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those with access needs, but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests/visitors.

 

Introduction

22 Radcliffe Road, is a two bedroom apartment located in this highly regarded residential location. There is off street parking for 1 vehicle.

There are excellent local amenities within 15 minutes walk away.

There is one large step up through the front door and into the communal internal hallway. Once inside the property there are no further steps into any of the rooms, with the exception of 1 steps down into the second bedroom , and one step down into the ensuite.

22 Radcliffe Road can sleep up to 4 persons utilizing the 2 double bedrooms, bathroom separate shower room,  living kitchen.

  • Full access details will be emailed to you with our booking confirmation. Our estates office is located just a few minutes away at 34 Musters Road.

  • Furniture can be easily removed or rearranged in the ground floor room.
  • The height of all beds from the top of the mattress to the floor is 450mm/17.7ins.
