Advertising is the key to selling your property & because you have saved possibly £1000's by using our services you now have a large budget at your disposal to consider newspaper advertising.
You are in control - If you want big feature adverts, adverts in magazines, or just regular coverage it can all be arranged.
External & Internal Photos
We take external photographs free of charge.
However in the age of easy digital photography, our clients often take better photos than the photographer and you know what you want. We can scan any hard copy or electronic photographs provided by you. Alternatively we can take some internal shots typical cost £50.
Floor Plans / Room Sizes
For a small charge, floor plans can be produced for you.
Buyers love floor plans. It helps them picture their furniture in the rooms and gives them a clear accurate layout for the property. If you select this option the floor plans will be added to your property details and internet property adverts. Carried out in conjunction with HIPS service.
H.I.P.S Report
By law all residential property marketed for sale in the UK with the exception of tenanted / investment portfolio property must now obtain a HIPS report. We can organise this for you through I.M.S. a respected H.I.P.S provider and recommended by the National Association of Estate Agents. We will obtain a competitive quote for you.
