This option is particularly popular with those selling: Investment property, inherited empty property or those under pressure to relocate away from the area.

This option allows you to advertise you empty property for ret on a No Let No Fee basis whilst the property is still being offered and advertised for sale.

This allows you the oppotunity of delivering a rental income from your empty property whilst it is selling.

Accompanied Viewing For Both Prospective Tenents & Purchases

If you select an accompanied viewing service then we will on a No Let No Fee basis carry out extra viewings with prospective tenents as well as purchases. Viewings can be missed if an agent does not have keys or easy access to an empty property, so chooing one agent to sell and let you property makes sense.

What Happens When Your Property Is Successfully Let?

The new tenent will have signed a Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement which only gives limited rights and securoty of tenure to the tenant. Usually such tenancy agreements are for a fixed 6 month period or less.

Many investor purchases prefer properties to have tenants already in the property they buy because it provides an immediate income from theor investment.

We are a highly experienced letting team and the new tenants are properly referenced. Rent and deposits are taken and an inventory can be arranged.
