Accompanied Viewing For Both Prospective Tenants & Purchases
If you select an accompanied viewing service then we will on a No Let No Fee basis carry out extra viewings with prospective tenants as well as purchases. Viewings can be missed if an agent does not have keys or easy access to an empty property, so chooing one agent to sell and let you property makes sense.
What Happens When Your Property Is Successfully Let?
The new tenant will have signed a Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement which only gives limited rights and security of tenure to the tenant. Usually such tenancy agreements are for a fixed 6 month period or less.
Many investor purchases prefer properties to have tenants already in the property they buy because it provides an immediate income from their investment purchase.
