Introduction

Apartment 2, is a compact , one bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a converted Edwardian property, located in this highly regarded residential location. There is a shared car parking area to the frontage of the property allowing for one car parking space per apartment.

There are excellent local amenities within a 10 minute walk away.

The entrance door has 2 steps up into the property, then there is a communal staircase of 15 steps leading to a first floor landing with a hand rail. Once inside the apartment there are a further 3 steps up to the bedroom and shower room.

Apartment 2 can sleep up to 2 persons utilizing the one double bedroom, shower room / wc and living / kitchen.

  • Full access details will be emailed to you with our booking confirmation. Our estates office is located just a few minutes away at 34 Musters Road.
